A traditional IFA practice it ain''t.Due to growth they''re looking for a senior pension administrator to provide a first class service to their clients post-sale. This is a hands on, relationship heavy role that entails being a subject matter expert, trainer and all round go-to person at the firm. It comes with a starting salary of up to c£35,000. There''s a bonus scheme for the referrals you''ll pick up. There''s a company bonus scheme. They''re even building a wealth creation scheme i.e. equity. So whilst your salary will start with a 3 your income will start with a 4 (or even a 5). Plus there are lots of ongoing internal opportunities to advance. HERE''S WHAT YOU''LL DOYou''ll train/support two other junior administrators on your team and oversee training for new hires. You''ll be responsible for managing the relationship with the client through to completion of the case, meaning your soft skills will come on no end.
