Job Title: Industrial Operative (Litter Picker)

Location: Springfield Farm Landfill, HP9 1XDi
Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Sunday - 5 days per week, 40 hours total)
Dress Code: Safety shoes, high visibility jacket, hard hat, casual clothing

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Industrial Operative (Litter Picker) for a temporary assignment at a landfill site in HP9. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the site.

• Collect and remove litter and waste materials from designated areas across the site

• Ensure all litter is disposed of in the appropriate containers

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Report any hazards or issues to site supervisors

• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Follow site safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times

• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work well with minimal supervision

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential

• Must have access to appropriate PPE: safety shoes, high visibility jacket, and hard hat
