Production/Machine Operators Location: Flitwick, BedfordshireAbout the Role: Proactive Recruitment is currently hiring reliable and hardworking Production Operators for a leading manufacturing facility based in Flitwick. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent position. Working Hours: Days and Nightshifts available Day Shifts - 08:00- 20:00 (rotating/shifts alternate weekly)Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday Week 2 - Sunday, Wednesday and ThursdayRate: 14.66- 16.00 per hour Nightshift: Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM12-hour shifts, 4 nights per weekRate: 15.18- 16.50 per hour Key Responsibilities:Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient mannerConduct routine quality checks on productsPack and prepare products for dispatch according to specificationsMaintain cleanliness and organisation on the production floorFollow all company health and safety policies and proceduresCommunicate effectively with supervisors and colleaguesCandidate Requirements:Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is beneficial but not essential - full training will be providedStrong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accuratelyPhysically fit and capable of standing for extended periodsGood communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitudePunctual and dependable Proactive Global is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer.Proactive Global is
