Working within a small engineering department, you''ll play a key role in supporting site operations, ensuring equipment reliability and driving continuous improvements across the plant. The position would suit an engineer who enjoys a hands-on role, can work independently and is comfortable operating within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out planned preventive maintenance activities across a range of production assets.Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults to minimise downtime.Supporting equipment upgrades, modifications and improvement projects.Completing maintenance documentation and updating electronic maintenance records.Identifying recurring issues and contributing to long-term reliability improvements.Assisting with equipment installation, refurbishment and general engineering projects.Monitoring spare parts usage and supporting stock control activities.Working closely with operational teams to maintain efficient plant performance.
