The caseload will likely be 75% residential, 25% commercial.The type of property litigation you may be expected to deal with will include: service charges, LandT disputes, adverse possession, leasehold enfranchisement, adverse possession, easements, forfeiture, dilapidations, BSA claims, development related litigation, Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, among others.The salary range is c.£45,000-£80,000 - relative to PQE A flexible law firm that offers good hybrid/remote working.
