What you ll bring: Strong experience in building safety compliance. Proven leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of regulations and landlord obligations. Confidence with data, reporting (Power BI), and risk management. NEBOSH, IOSH, or VRQ qualifications (desirable).
