Forklift/Yard Operative £28k-£29k DOE Barking Monday Friday Are you an experienced Forklift Operator looking for a stable, long-term role with great hours and a supportive team? We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator and Yardperson to join our growing operation. Key Responsibilities: Operate counterbalance forklifts to load, unload, and move pallets safely within the warehouse and yard areas Transport materials efficiently to designated locations Stack and organise goods in storage areas Conduct routine forklift checks and report any maintenance needs Adhere strictly to health and safety regulations at all times Assist with inventory by accurately tracking moved/stored items Any other duties required. The successful candidate will have/be: A valid counterbalance forklift operator license Proven experience operating forklifts in both warehouse and yard environments Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures Ability to interpret safety and operating documents Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects and performing repetitive tasks If you believe you meet the above criteria, please apply for immediate consideration!
