Site Manager - External Planned Works 52k + car allowance or company vehicle BirminghamFull-Time, permanent positionWe are working with a leading Social Housing Contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to deliver a Planned Maintenance program in tenanted properties across Birmingham. Scope of works includes roofing, EWI, scaffolding, window replacements, brick slip and FRA works, across live environments. This is a client facing role where you will be responsible for delivering refurbishment programs through effective management of your site team of Assistant Site Managers and Customer Service Officers.
