Our success is built on the strength of our independent spirit and the passion for high standards our employees bring and growAs part of our Lobby Bar team, you will strive to create memorable and personal experiences for our guestsYou will be engaging and leave positive lasting impressions with guests and colleagues, and be an expert in guest servicePrevious experience in a similar role in a luxury environment is beneficialYour responsibilitiesAssist the Food and Beverage Manager and Bar Manager with implementing and developing the concept and image of the Lobby Bar. including new drink products and menu implementation.Be fully conversant with all Bar operations and be flexible i.e. be able to do both Bar and floor shifts if and when required.Ensure all guests are greeted and served in line with company standardsEnsure all guest orders are taken and prepared in accordance with company standardsAssume responsibility for shifts in absence of the Lobby Bar Manager and Supervisor.Ensure that the food and beverage service to guests is of the expected standard, maintaining the reputation of the Hotel.Ensure complete working knowledge of the Bar menu and be able to advise and recommend menu items to our guests, if required.
