Shuttering Carpenter

Construct and install formwork systems for foundations, walls, columns, slabs, and other concrete structures.
Use a range of materials such as timber, plywood, steel, and plastic for formwork.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Measure, cut, and assemble formwork accurately to required dimensions.
Ensure all formwork is properly braced and supported.
Strip formwork once concrete is cured and clean/reuse materials when possible.
Comply with health and safety regulations and site procedures.
Work closely with steel fixers, concrete workers, and site managers.
Requirements
Proven experience as a shuttering/formwork carpenter
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Proficient in the safe use of carpentry tools and equipment
Good understanding of construction site safety practices
CSCS card or equivalent certification (preferred)
Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces
Flexibility to work as part of a team or independently
