Read on to find out more about this Energy Analyst opportunity As an Energy Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will include Entering and validating electricity, gas and water invoices Submitting monthly validation and query reports to customers Uploading energy consumption data to the inhouse platform Ensure billing errors are corrected by the suppliers Delivering high quality customer service Requesting meter readings and submitting to suppliers We re looking for an Energy Analyst with the following skills and experience Ideally 3-5 years experience working within the energy industry Highly numerate with excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel Great communication skills and customer orientated Happy to work in a faced paced environment A good understanding of UK electricity and gas charge band structures Background in data entry or administrative processing In return, the successful Energy Analyst will receive a salary of £35,000 to £40,000, plus the following benefits Paid time off during office closure (xmas) plus 25 days holiday and bank holidays.
