As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking to recruit a Senior Building Surveyor to join their team in LiverpoolIf you''re a RICS qualified surveyor with a background in commercial property and a keen interest in delivering high quality consultancy across diverse asset types this could be the ideal next step for you. Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor:Deliver technical due diligence for a range of UK and EMEA investment and occupier clients.Lead and manage building surveys for both single assets and large-scale portfolios.Prepare and negotiate Schedules of Dilapidations on behalf of landlords and tenants.Undertake defect analysis, refurbishment advice, and develop PPM schedules.Act as Contract Administrator or Lead Consultant on refurbishment and fit-out projects.Collaborate with internal teams to drive value and strengthen client relationships.Ensure work is delivered on time, to budget, and to the highest professional standards. Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor:MRICS qualified, with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience.Experience in technical due diligence, dilapidations, and contract administration.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a commercial mindset.Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.Comfortable managing clients, deadlines, and contributing to business growth.Willing to travel throughout the UK and EMEA as r
