We're recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a growing business in Leicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team where you'll manage customer enquiries, prepare quotations and work closely with customers to secure new business.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, managing the sales process from enquiry through to conversion and ensuring every customer receives an excellent experience. What you'll be doing as a Sales Executive:

• Identifying new sales opportunities through incoming enquiries and proactive business development
• Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to successful conversion
• Preparing accurate quotations and following up with customers to secure business
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Maximising every sales opportunity and promoting additional products and services where appropriate
• Working towards individual sales targets and contributing to team performance
• Keeping customer records up to date on the CRM system
• Delivering a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

What we're looking for in a Sales Executive:

• Previous experience in a sales, business development or account management role
• A confident and professional communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• A driven, self-motivated attitude with a genuine desire to achieve results
• Experience preparing quotations and following up on sales opportunities
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries
• A positive, proactive approach and the ability to work well as part of a team
