The Royal Academy of Music is a creative and vibrant workplace with a diverse mix of students and staff from over 60 countries. Philanthropy plays a significant role in the life of the Academy and supports our mission to develop and educate the musicians of tomorrow. The Royal Academy of Music''s Future campaign was launched in 2022 with a target of £60 million, making it the most ambitious campaign for a conservatoire outside the US. Having exceeded that target, we extended the Campaign to £100 million. We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Prospect Research Manager to join the Academy''s dynamic Philanthropy team. In this newly created role, you will collaborate with high-value fundraisers to identify and prioritise individuals and grant-makers aligned with the Academy''s vision. By delivering high-quality qualitative research, you will enable us to maximise our fundraising potential. You will contribute to prospecting strategy, think creatively about what research to undertake and communicate your findings succinctly with excellent attention to detail. You will thrive
