Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor (£50 - £60 per hour)Location: BirminghamHourly rate: £50 - £60 per hour via an umbrella companyContract Type: 3 month contract What your day to day would look like in this Commercial Property Solicitor (£50 - £60 per hour): Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, landlord and tenant issues, and development projects. Giving clear, practical advice on complex property transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, leases, sale and purchase contracts, and other property documents. Conducting due diligence, advising on title, planning, regulatory compliance, and risk matters. Working closely with colleagues across corporate, tax, and planning teams to provide joined-up solutions. Maintaining high standards of client care and ensuring all work meets SRA and firm quality standards.
