Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within Groundworks or Civil Engineering
• Strong understanding of cost control and commercial management
• Experience managing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Full UK driving licence
