We re seeking a residential conveyancer to join our team at SAS Daniels, based in our Stockport office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 3 5 years experience who is looking to progress their career. You ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team and will manage your own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, with the support of a dedicated conveyancing assistant. Key responsibilities Handle a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including shared ownership transactions, new builds, transfers of equity, adverse possession, transfers of part, and remortgages. Manage files independently from initial instruction through to completion. Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, developers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth process throughout. About you A minimum of 3 years experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines A solid understanding of residential conveyancing processes and procedures. Experience using case management systems, ideally P4W.
