Alongside managing your own caseload, you''ll act as a technical referral point, supporting colleagues and strengthening team capability.Key Responsibilities:Review new instructions, identify technical issues, and set clear litigation strategiesManage a varied caseload, ensuring compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and court deadlinesConduct the full litigation process, including: Drafting legal documents (claim forms, directions questionnaires, witness statements)Issuing proceedings and monitoring court timetablesNegotiating quantum and settlement outcomesMaintain accurate case records using our case management systemDeliver high-quality work in line with audit standardsAct as a peer review and ..... full job details .....
