• An uncapped commission but realistically -45k

The role

As a Telesales Executive you will be responsible for the entire sales process from identifying potential clients through to closing the deal down. Key responsibilities will include:

• Increasing the membership base through marketing and sales activity
• Focus on outbound activity
• Exceed weekly and monthly KPI''s
• Attend exhibitions and promote the services of the company
• Maintain a knowledge of the services and competitors
• Keep CRM up-to-date

The Person

We need someone driven, motivated and a natural outbound telesales person for this role. In addition you should

• Demonstrate previous b2b sales experience
• Have experience of using a CRM
• Have experience of cold calling as well as following warm leads
• Be an excellent communicator, especially over the phone
