We are recruiting for a Deputy Manager to join a specialist children''s residential assessment service supporting young people aged 7-18 years. The service provides short-term residential placements focused on assessment, therapeutic intervention, trauma support and stabilisation. Young people are provided with a safe, nurturing and structured environment, alongside access to education and opportunities to participate in outdoor and adventure-based activities. This is an excellent opportunity for an established Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior/Team Leader who is ready to progress into management. The Role Working alongside the Registered Manager, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the home and ensure children and young people receive high-quality, child-centred care.
