The Ideal Candidate

A qualified teacher with QTS and strong classroom practice in DT (specialism open).

Proven experience teaching DT up to GCSE (A-Level desirable).

A track record of raising standards, delivering outstanding lessons, and inspiring students.

Excellent leadership skills able to motivate, manage, and develop both staff and students.

Strategic vision and creativity to take the DT department to the next level.
