CTR Select is recruiting on behalf of a local client for a creative and proactive Marketing Assistant to join their established marketing team in Windsor. Office based, working Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm.

This is a varied, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work across digital marketing, social media, content creation, graphic design, PR and events.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you will help deliver engaging marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency and support marketing activity across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, design and coordinate marketing materials, including brochures, leaflets, advertisements and digital content.
• Manage social media activity, including creating, writing and scheduling engaging posts using Sprout Social or similar platforms.
• Maintain and update website content, working alongside external digital agencies.
• Support the delivery of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC and online content.
• Liaise with external design, marketing and web agencies to coordinate projects and meet deadlines.
• Support marketing events, new location launches and promotional activity.
• Produce press releases and identify PR opportunities.
• Work with HR and Recruitment teams on recruitment marketing campaigns and materials.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
• Ensure all marketing communications are accurate and consistent with brand guidelines.

About You

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and confident working across a variety of marketing channels.

You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in a marketing or marketing executive role.
• Good design skills and experience creating professional marketing materials and visual content.
• Experience using graphic design software, ideally Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing social media accounts and scheduling content.
• A good understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for visual presentation.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

The Opportunity

Based in Windsor, this is primarily an office-based position, with occasional travel to other locations for events, photoshoots and meetings.
