Requirements of a Reliability Engineer You must be qualified Electrically or Mechanically and have proven experience of planning projects within manufacturing or production environments. Alongside having experience of improving plant reliability by critiquing data that relates to OEE, MTBF and MTTR and implementing changes to improve performance. Allied to your systems experience you must also have experience with Siemens S7 / TIA Portal Plc, WinCC Flex HMI and ideally Robot applications.
