This is a hands-on, varied generalist role supporting managers and employees on all aspects of the people experience, from employee relations and recruitment to wellbeing and engagement initiatives. What You''ll Be Doing: - People Services and Advisory - Act as the first point of contact for all generalist HR queries, offering solution-focused advice aligned with employment law and best practice- Recruitment and Selection - Support managers through the full recruitment process- Employee Relations - Advise on performance, conduct, absence and other ER matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes and Coach managers in effective people management and conflict resolution - HR Systems and Reporting - Act as a superuser, maintaining accurate records across the employee lifecycle and produce people data and KPI reports to support decision-making and work closely with Payroll to ensure seamless HR and pay processes. - Learning and Development - Coordinate and deliver management training on key people topics such as recruitment, performance, and employee relations and Manage training requests, sourcing relevant development opportunitie
