This Customer Projects Executive role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, friendly, and ambitious business operating nationally within the foodservice and FMCG space. This role sits at the heart of customer engagement, commercial activity, and project delivery. You will play a key part in supporting product sourcing, menu changes, range reviews, tenders, launches and customer specific initiatives that contribute directly to sales and margin growth.What you will be doingWorking closely with the Buying, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Innovation and supplier partners, your responsibilities will include: Project Delivery -Leading and supporting customer facing commercial projects including range reviews, menu changes, category management initiatives and product sourcing.Customer and Sales Engagement - Preparing professional briefing documents Ensuring all project requirements are implemented in line with business objectives.Project Tracking and Administration - Managing and updating the Commercial Project Tracker to ensure all activity is recorded, monitored and progressed.Process Improvement and Reporting - Identifying opportunities to improve processesEnsure Project delivery align with commercial and quality expectations
