Position: Sales Administrator

Location: Basingstoke

Salary: -24,000 - -26,000

Aftersales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer based in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment and rewarding environment.

Aftersales Administrator Position Overview

• Processing aftersales enquiries, customer orders and complaints from customers
• Tracking aftersales order from processing through to despatch
• Liaising closely with internal teams including engineering, stores, sales and logistics
• Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions, quotation requests and documents.
• Providing administrative support to the after sales operations including creating and following up on leads
• Providing customer certificates and documents relating to equipment

Aftersales Administrator Position Requirements

• Proven experience within a Sales / Administrative related role
• Proficient with MS365 such as Outlook and Excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke
• Exposure to an engineering / manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems is advantageous
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Aftersales Administrator Position Remuneration

• Salary: -24,000 - -26,000
• 5 hours per week. Flexible within Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
• 30 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with tenure
