Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy, on a contract basis. The chosen candidate will be required to work on a hybrid basis from our client''s Leeds office, 3 days a week. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to work on an exciting large-scale Public Health project, as an active part of a dynamic and skilled workforce.-Competitive hourly rate of 40- 43 (depending on experience).-Hybrid working arrangements (3 days on-site).Responsibilities:-Create intricate designs and specifications, for electrical systems, from stages 1-5, for a complex Public Health project.-Maintain compliance with current regulations, standards, and project requirements, ensuring designs are efficient and promote sustainability.-Work alongside multidisciplinary teams to ensure all design elements are being integrated effectively into the plans.-Assist with the implementation of drawings, as-built documentation, commissioning, and submittals, within the construction stage.-Assess designs for any risks and errors, whilst also presenting mitigation, and ensuring that the project is delivered in a timely manner, sticking to project budgets.Requirements: -Bachelor''s degree, or an equivalent qualification, in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.-Extensive experience as an Electrical Design Engineer, or a similar position, ideally working on Public Health projects within a consultanc
