As the business expands, so will this position.Job Title - HR AdministratorLength - Permanent / Part Time, 20 hours. Location - Crawley/ Gatwick - Hybrid after probationDESCRIPTION.Issuing contracts, offer letters, and all associated employment paperworkConducting Right to Work checks and processing DBS checksProviding general administrative support to the HR teamRunning reports using the Time and Attendance (TandA) systemEssential:Strong administrative skills with a high level of organisationAbility to work independently and use initiativeExceptional attention to detail - accuracy is essentialExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Motivated to identify opportunities for self and business improvement.Proactive approach to work, with the ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.Strong time management and organisational skills, able to handle multiple tasks and projects.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
