Description Manage the day to day delivery of social housing retrofit and decarbonisation works. Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and specialist trades. Ensure all works are delivered safely and in accordance with policies, procedures and relevant legislation. Manage programmes, productivity and site resources to achieve project targets. Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure works meet specification and quality requirements. Coordinate works across occupied properties while minimising disruption to residents. Build positive relationships with residents, housing associations, local authorities, clients and other stakeholders. Monitor progress, identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
