You will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff. As well as maintaining the overall presentation of the accommodation and outdoor spaces, you will enhance resident satisfaction, with efficient working practices. The role will involve all aspects of high quality responsive property maintenance as well as planned maintenance to a standard defined by the Active Opportunities Pathway service model and tasks that fall under intensive housing management. You may also be required to carry out some cleaning in empty properties. It will also involve professional curiosity with the ability to identify and report safeguarding concerns.
