As the Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers while also remaining hands-on with electrical and mechanical maintenance. You will support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance, respond to breakdowns, and ensure engineering activities are completed safely and efficiently to maximise machine availability. Working on a rotating double days shift pattern, you will play a key role in minimising downtime, supporting production targets, and driving engineering standards and continuous improvement across the site.
