Automatic Door Engineer Required! Our client is a door manufacturing, installation and maintenance specialist, providing a range of door solutions to commercial customers.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an Automatic Door Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing and installing automatic door systems across a range of customer sites.Package:Salary 40,000 - 50,000 (DOE)Company vanCompany pension schemeOvertime available8 hour working days20 days holiday plus bank holidaysAutomatic Door Engineer - Responsibilities:Service, maintain, repair and fault find on automatic door systems.Install and commission new automatic door equipment.Work on both automatic sliding and automatic swing doors.Attend breakdowns and diagnose faults across multiple manufacturers.Work predominantly with Record equipment while being confident with other major brands, including Dorma and Geze.Carry out mechanical repairs and adjustments to both automatic and manual doors.Identify faults, required parts and remedial works following site attendance.Complete accurate electronic job reports and communicate clearly with customers and the office.Work alongside another engineer on many jobs, while being capable of attending and completing suitable jobs independently.Carry out servicing, installation and maintenance of manual aluminium, steel and all-glass door systems where required.Assist with occasional out-of-hours call-outs, including early ..... full job details .....
