CSA Supervisor – Data Centre (Internals)

The Role

We are seeking an experienced CSA Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Docklands, overseeing internal CSA fit-out works.

Previous data centre experience is essential, along with a strong background in supervising internal construction packages and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise internal CSA works, including screeding, raised access floors, partition walls, white walls, ceilings, doors and windows.

• Manage and coordinate subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to specification.

• Monitor daily site activities, progress and quality of installations.

• Coordinate works with MEP teams and other trades.

• Ensure compliance with site health and safety requirements.

• Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme progress.

• Oversee snagging, inspections and handover of completed works.

Requirements

• Previous data centre experience is essential.

• Proven experience as a CSA Supervisor or similar position.

• Strong knowledge of internal construction and fit-out packages.

• Experience supervising subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.

• CSCS card and SSSTS or SMSTS.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.
