FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR - 30-35K - BASED IN NORTH FINCHLEY The Finance Administrator is an integral part of the Management Team developing the future growth of the business. JOB DESCRIPTION: Responsible for the day-to-day financial administration and payroll functions including: Sales Ledger control. Purchase Ledger control Posting of remittances. Providing effective support across all aspects of finance functions and day to day financial management. Collating and processing the payrolls. Processing staff expense claims. General ledger maintenance. Overtime/Pay adjustments. Processing and maintaining the company''s Workplace Pension. Maintaining cashbook, reconciling bank accounts and responsibility for petty cash. Maintain the company''s financial records in accordance with legal and established procedures. Preparing sales invoicing daily and ensure credit control in line with company terms. Debt collection management. Dealing with customers and suppliers. Ensure all in-house systems are up to date. Review current processes and work closely with the CEO to develop new processes. Providing cover for the general office functions as required. Liaising With the companies auditors regarding Quarterly and Year End Accounts and Forecasts, Experience: must have experience in a similar role and wanting to be part of a growing business Essential Knowledge: Use of SAGE 50 payroll and accounts.
