It is not a compliance-only role. It is about applying expertise to design safer processes, reduce risk and drive real change on the shop floor. Responsibilities as Manufacturing Engineer:Leading and delivering health and safety improvement projects across manufacturing operationsDesigning and implementing safer processes, layouts and equipment modificationsReviewing and improving risk assessments, COSHH assessments, RAMS and safe systems of workSupporting incident and near-miss investigations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actionsWorking closely with EHS, production and engineering teams to embed best practiceDriving continuous improvement initiatives with a strong focus on risk reduction and complianceWhat we''re looking for in a Manufacturing Engineer:Degree-qualified in Engineering (Mechanical
