Your new role As a Research Ops Lead, you will be required to undertake the following:Creating and publishing regular user research reporting, including the monthly reportsUser Research Panel Management and refreshCreating and executing strategies for enhanced panel engagement, especially amongst key target audiences eg. seldom heard voices, users with accessibility needs, etc.Planning and executing user research studies eg.
