The Project Quantity Surveyor''s RoleThe successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a long-standing, independent construction consultancy based in Reigate.The Project Quantity Surveyor will work across a varied mix of residential, commercial, education, healthcare, leisure, and public sector projects across Surrey, London, and the South East.This is a strong opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor who wants a more personal consultancy environment, with quality project exposure and genuine support from senior leadership.Day to day, the Project Quantity Surveyor will manage projects from early cost planning through to final account, covering tender documentation, procurement, valuations, cost reports, change control, and contract administration.The Project Quantity Surveyor will also attend client meetings, work closely with Partners, and support junior Quantity Surveyors where needed.The Project Quantity Surveyor - RequirementsA degree in Quantity Surveying, or a RICS-accredited equivalentMRICS, or currently working towards chartershipStrong Quantity Surveying / cost consultancy experienceGood pre and post contract knowledgeExperience delivering projects from inception to completionConfident with JCT contractsProfessional, reliable, and client-facingAble to commute to ReigateIn Return? 45,000 - 60,000Discretionary bonusHybrid/flexible working25 days annual leave + bank holidaysPension schemePrivate healthcareProfessional fees paidOngoing CPD and APC supportClear ..... full job details .....
