Our cilent, well-established in their field, are seeking an experienced Sales and Markteting Director to join their team. The main purpose of the role will be leading the Sales and Marketing function, managing and developing the relevant teams, and working closely with the CEO and other departments to ensure that sales and marketing activities support the company''s overall business objectives. This is a full-time office based role, reporting to the CEO. ROLE: Lead and manage the company''s sales and marketing strategy, ensuring that agreed sales targets, budgets and commercial objectives are achieved. Oversee the positioning, pricing, marketing and sales from initial appraisal through to completion, maximising sales performance and profitability. Sales Strategy and Commercial Performance. Ensure that all activities are undertaken in accordance with company policies, procedures and delegated authority.
