NHS Business Analyst - Contract - Hybrid / Cardiff VIQU are supporting an NHS organisation who are seeking an NHS Business Analyst to support a major digital capability programme. The role will focus on engaging with clinical and operational stakeholders, mapping workforce roles, and identifying the digital skills and capabilities required to support future service transformation. NHS Business Analyst Key Responsibilities Engage with clinical, operational and senior stakeholders across the organisation to understand workforce requirements and capability needs. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions to gather information and business requirements. Conduct role mapping, workforce analysis and capability assessment activities. Analyse findings and produce clear recommendations, documentation and supporting outputs. Support the development of workforce capability frameworks, role profiles and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams, NHS stakeholders and external partners to support programme objectives. NHS Business Analyst Key Skills and Experience Experience in Business Analysis, Workforce Transformation, Organisational Development, Change Management, Service Improvement or a similar role. Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build credibility with senior leaders, managers and clinical professionals.
