Act as a brand ambassador for both Livv and the client site maintaining high standards in accordance with The Livv Way and client procedures. Effectively deal with all business user/client requests and enquiries exceeding expectations in all areas of the operations. To use the client site operating systems in accordance with guidelines. Establish good working relationships with your onsite Livv colleagues and clients to ensure a collaborative and efficient approach and a swift response to all service requests.
