The Portfolio Group are looking for a highly organised, proactive and commercially minded Operations Assistant, to join our established, global Recruitment business!This is a varied role that combines PA duties such as diary management and travel arrangements, supporting our C-Suite team of three, as well as business operations including tender agreements, supplier forms and overseeing client terms.This would suit someone who enjoys being at the heart of a fast-moving business and helping to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes!Responsibilities include;PA and office management duties such as diary management, travel arrangements, organising meetings, ordering stationary and event planningCoordinating internal meetings and assisting our marketing team with in office client eventsMaintaining and improving internal processes and systemsAssisting the COO with operational projects such as client terms amendments, supplier forms, tenders and client questionnairesLiaising with internal teams and occasionally external clientsActing as a key point of contact across the business to ensure things get done efficiently and smoothlyPreparing presentations such as our end of quarter business overviewWhat are we looking for?Someone who has worked within a Recruitment environment is idealExperience of client terms amendments, supplier forms and tendersGeneral PA experience, working closely with senior leadershipSomeone who is proactive, positive, organised, able to work ..... full job details .....
