This roles operates within a Quality, Supply Chain (QSC), RandD and GxP-regulated environment.The RoleKey responsibilitiesDevelop current state process maps, then apply established lean and value stream mapping approaches to create future state process and data flows which support the future state vision of optimised compliance learning processesMap and analyse data flows, processes, systems and dependencies, identifying gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for simplification and automationSupport the design and facilitation of workshops, including preparing materials, coordinating participants, and capturing outputs, decisions and next stepsWork with global and local stakeholders to gather requirements, insights and feedback, ensuring perspectives across Manufacturing, RandD and other functions are capturedTranslate workshop outputs and discussions into clear, structured process documentation, artefacts and insights using metrics to demonstrate the value and improvementTrack and manage actions, risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining clear governance and progres
