A leading global law firm is seeking a BD and Marketing Coordinator to join their team, based in London. The successful candidate will support the delivery of BD initiatives for the firm’s key sectors, including creating proposals, maintaining marketing materials, and collaborating with the Creative team to produce branded collateral.Responsibilities:Support the development of business proposals, capability pitches, and RFP responses.Maintain high-quality business development materials (collateral, experience lists, opportunity tracking).Assist with submissions for rankings, awards, surveys, and league tables.Update practice/industry information on the website and intranet; coordinate external publications.Write descriptions for practice/industry groups, lawyer bios, and client presentations.Research clients and prospects; gather competitive intelligence.Coordinate with the Creative team to produce branded collateral for events, sponsorships, and advertisements.Plan strategic client programs and firm-sponsored events with regional BD and Marketing teams.The Candidate:Previous BD experience in a legal or professional services environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; CRM knowledge is a plus.Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.Familiarity with research tools, law firm rankings, awards, and league tables.Please note : Only candidates with experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or relevant Associations/Agencies will be considered.
