This role balances high-level fee earning with the strategic management of solicitors, trainees, and support staff.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Supervise a small team, managing performance, recruitment, and succession planning. Caseload: Oversee complex matters including Divorce, Financial Remedies, Children Act cases, and TOLATA. Operations: Ensure SRA compliance, manage Legal Aid (LAA) processes, and meet departmental billing targets. Growth: Drive business development and strategic departmental planning.Requirements Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor (England and Wales) with a clean Practising Certificate. Experience: Substantial PQE in Family Law, including advocacy and supervising junior staff Technical: Strong IT skills (Office 365) and experience with legal case management systems.
