Private Client CILEX/paralegalHybrid and parking availableOur client is a well established law firm based in Abergavenny are now seeking an experienced Private Client CILEX or Paralegal for their busy team. Working closely with the Head of Private Client you will carry out day to day private client work regarding Wills, Probate, LPA''s, Trusts, Estates, Tax, Court of Protection.Your role:Manage matters passed by fee earners to successful conclusionArrange file opening, regulatory checks, and administrative tasksResearch legal positions and prepare necessary documents and formsLiaise with clients, fee earners, and other parties as requiredPerform administrative searches, checks, and enquiries for each matterRecord time spent and enter financial transactions into legal softwareAssist with file closure and archiving arrangementsMaintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards The person:CILEX qualified or previous experience working in a busy private client team as a paralegal or legal assistantStrong organisational and time management skills to handle multiple matters efficientlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and colleaguesFamiliarity with legal softwareCommitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining professional standardsFull or part-time hours of work considered (with ability for some hybrid).Market Rate Salary for the right candidate.
