Project ManagerOpportunity for a Project Manager to build a 9m industrial warehouse in West Molesey, Surrey.Initially you will join at earthworks stage and begin the steel frame in April, the project finishes in 32 weeks and we need someone ASAP.Roles and Responsibilities:Understanding the scope of their package.Attending and contributing in contractor pre start meetings.Attending and contributing in design team meetings.Chairing weekly sub-contractor progress meetings, taking and issuing meeting minutes.Attending safe starts.Approving RAMS.Attending DABS and contributing to the meeting, discussing coordination with other trades.
