• Act as the first point of contact for everyone entering the building
• Manage incoming calls, enquiries, and visitor sign-ins
• Provide day-to-day support to the building management team
• Offer a concierge-style service where needed
• Coordinate deliveries, post, and general reception duties
• Ensure the reception area is always well-presented and inviting

• Background in reception, hospitality, or a customer-facing role
• Confident communicator with a friendly, approachable manner
• Organised and capable of handling a varied workload
• Takes initiative and enjoys being hands-on
• Professional, dependable, and detail-focused
