Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Lesson Delivery andndash; Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with school curriculum and policies.
andbull; Classroom Management andndash; Maintain an effective learning environment through strong behaviour management.
andbull; Student Support andndash; Adapt lessons to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
andbull; Collaboration andndash; Work closely with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and address any teaching challenges.
andbull; Flexibility andndash; Quickly adapt to different school settings and provide support across various classrooms.

Requirements:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
andbull; Strong Communication Skills andndash; Ability to engage with students and colleagues effectively.
andbull; DBS Check andndash; A current DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
