We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Project Manager to support the ongoing deployment of an eMAR (Electronic Medication Administration Record) system across a clinical/social care environment.IMPORTANT: Previous hands-on eMAR project delivery/deployment experience is essential for this role. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from candidates who have not previously delivered an eMAR implementation or deployment.The programme is currently mid-deployment, and we require a Project Manager who can quickly take ownership of key delivery activities while building strong relationships with nursing, care and technical teams.The RoleYou will be responsible for supporting the successful rollout and adoption of the eMAR solution, working closely with clinical and operational stakeholders throughout the deployment.A major part of the role will involve engaging with nursing and frontline care teams, understanding their requirements and concerns, and building trust and confidence in the new system.This is not a heavily technical Project Manager position.
