Senior Sales Manager
MICE , you will take ownership of the
Groups and MICE segment , both domestically and internationally. Youll bring a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Working closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing, you will develop innovative sales strategies, grow revenue through high-value accounts, and deliver bespoke experiences for our discerning clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesShape and execute the annual Sales and Marketing plan for the MICE and Group segments.Develop and grow new business through strategic account targeting, sales calls, roadshows, site visits, and trade events.Build strong, lasting relationships with corporate and agency clients, particularly within the
luxury travel, fashion and media sectors.Act as an ambassador for Hotel Café Royal
delivering exceptional service and showcasing our event spaces and services with confidence and charm.Collaborate closely with the Sales Executive
MICE and Director of Events on all relevant enquiries and bookings.Keep a sharp eye on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to remain ahead in a competitive London luxury market.Ensure accurate and consistent communication with clients while maintaining a deep knowledge of all hotel offerings and services.Represent Hotel Café Royal at domestic and international trade fairs, industry networking events, and client entertainment occasions.Uphold LQA standards and our internal service philosophy in every interaction.Your ProfilePrevious experience in a similar
